Hours & Services during Winter Intersession/Closure 2009
Below is a summary of Winter Closure/Intersession hours and limited services for Stanford University Libraries & Academic Information Resources (SULAIR) from December 12, 2009 – January 3, 2010.
December 12–20, 2009 (Winter Intersession)
- Most SULAIR libraries and Academic Computing facilities, operations and services will be open with reduced hours and limited services.
- The Swain Library will be open Monday–Friday, December 14–18, 1–5pm.
- SAL3 and SAL-Newark — no paging available December 19–January 3.

December 21, 2009–January 1, 2010 (Winter Closure)
- Most SULAIR libraries and Academic Computing facilities, operations and services will be closed.
- The Swain Library will be closed.
- Green Library will be open December 21–23 and December 28–31 with reduced hours and limited services.
- SAL 1 & 2 will be open December 29–31 for paging only.
- SAL3 and SAL-Newark — no paging available December 19–January 3.

January 2–3, 2010 (Winter Intersession)
- Most SULAIR libraries and Academic Computing facilities, operations and services will be closed.
- The Swain Library will be closed.
- Green Library will be open with reduced hours and limited services.
- SAL 1 & 2 will be open Jan. 2 for paging only.
- SAL3 and SAL-Newark — no paging available December 19–January 3.

Beginning, Monday, January 4, 2010 (Winter Quarter)
- Most SULAIR units will resume the usual academic term schedules and operations. Note that some libraries may be open with reduced hours on Monday, January 4.
- The Swain Library will resume regular hours on January 4th (Monday–Thursday: 9am–9pm, Friday: 9am–5pm, Saturday: closed, Sunday: 4–9pm).
