Research

My research is in experimental condensed matter physics. I am interested in studying the electronic properties of novel two-dimensional electronic systems.

My current focus is on graphene-based heterostructures. I am particularly interested in studying correlated eletronic states in graphene superlattices. Under the right conditions, electrons in these superlattices can be forced to localize and exhibit interesting correlated states, such as superconductivity and ferromagnetism.

My Ph.D. advisor is Prof. David Goldhaber-Gordon; you can visit the group's website for more information about our research.
