WB Yeats: Broken Dreams a one hour original production of music, comedy and drama by Vincent O'Neill, Josephine Hogan and Mary Ramsey on the life and poetry of WB Yeats, at 8:15 pm. Preceeded by the United States premiere of the short film "Yeats and the Theatre" (23 minutes) from RTE productions at 7:30 pm.

A five hour extravaganza of music, drama, comedy, burlesque, dancing letters, jugglers, hat contests and lore (and Guiness and free food): the full reading of James Joyce's Ulysses by professionals, amateurs and both (politicians), hosted by Laurence Shine of riverrun.

The Music of Ulysses. Robert Aubry Davis, host of the nationally syndicated "Millenium of Music" (WNED 10-11 pm Wednesday nights), XM Radio VOX programmer, and Trustee of the Grammy Foundation comes to Buffalo with baritone William Sharp, performer in recent seasons with the NY Philharmonic, the San Francisco Symphony, the National Symphony, and the St Paul Chamber Orchestra, among many others. They will perform songs from "Moore's Melodies", the famous Irish song book and constant inspiration and reference point for James Joyce. Mr. Sharp has recorded "Moore's Melodies" for Nonesuch Records. Also with Professor Laurence Shine.
