Sora's neutral B is a 3 rotation magic move. His first one just shoots fire based projectiles and can be repeated by continuing to hit the B button. His second spell is a lighting attack with 3 lighting bolts each bigger than the last similar to pikachu. It is very good to use off stage. His last magic spell is a ice type spell. It is great for freezing the opponents. After freezing an opponent it is best to deal more attacks to build damage.
The side B of Sora is a 3 hit multi attack similar to Bayonetta's. It can home in on the nearest enemy if you press the B button. Is great for recovering and chaining a combo after his up B.
Sora's up B is a circular swing of his sword into air taking large range. Has great kill power and is a great out of shield option.
His down B is a counter. It is great mainly for ledge trapping opponents who have an up B similar to Sephiroth's.
