Abstract

Neeva is building a search engine from the ground up. In August 2020, we decided it was time to build knowledge panels and we only gave ourselves 4 weeks to do it. We will cover what obstacles we faced, and the technical decisions that were made to optimize for practicality and execution speed.

Nathan is an early engineer at Neeva, a company building a search engine from the ground up. Before Neeva, Nathan spent 9 years at Google working on search ranking, natural language understanding, and on large scale machine learning for user understanding.
