ivan lemongoThe number one thing I will remember about taking ME210 will be the song Unity by TheFatRat. In close second place, come more useful concepts (for a mechanical engineer) like basic knowledge of sensors and signal conditioning. As a future former graduate student, I enjoyed this class because it has added things like Arduino-programming and quick-and-dirty prototyping ( which is the art/science of using copious amounts of glue, ductape and zip-ties to create a perfectly working prototype when time and resources are limited) to a short list of hobbies. Outside of this class I enjoy dunking basketballs, Taekwondo style roundhouse kicks and going back to my hometown Yaounde in Cameroon.

ben alpersBen is a graduate student in ME - he took this course to better his wholistic understanding of how smart products work. Hands-on experience, check! When he's not in lab he enjoys singing and writing music and learning how to feed himself. One day he hopes to apply all these skills in the healthcare or education industries.
