Stat 300A : Exam Rules

Exams (midterm and final) will consists in a certain number of problems. You will have 3 hours to solve a subset of them.

Exams will be open book, in class. This means that you can consult any of the listed textbooks (TPE, TSH) and a printed copy of the lecture notes (or your own course notes), but no other sources. You cannot use computers, and in particular you cannot use the web. You cannot use other books.

You can cite theorems from textbooks and lecture notes by number, and exercises you have done as homework by number as well. Any other non-elementary statement must be proved!
