70 year-old male with a recent anterior MI and cardiac arrest which was successfully rescuscitated. After hospital discharge, the patient was readmitted twice due to episodes of resting pain and ECG changes.
- Cath: LM: normal
- LAD: 80% proximal
- LCx: normal
- PDA: normal
- LVEF=0.45; anterior and apical hypokinesis
