Research Statement:

I was interested in the development of model order reduction techniques that enable real-time (or near real-time) physics-based simulations. In particular, I worked on developing error estimations for parametric reduced-order models (ROMs) and parametric ROMs for optimal control and design optimization. Primary applications of my work included structural dynamics, fluid dynamics, and fluid-structure interaction problems.
