- User Name - String

NetDB account names use the SUNet ID of the person. Search by either SUNet ID (account name) or full name. For best results, use the unique SUNet ID.
Example:Search for person named Leland Stanford Jr. Name: Full Name = Leland*Stanford* Use the wildcard, in case the person has a middle name.
- Active Account - Radio Button

Search for only active, only inactive or either.
- Last Login - Date

Last Login is the last date that this User logged into NetDB.
Example:Search for Users who have logged in since March 2, 2009 On or After = 3/2/2009
- LNA Department - String

Users are LNAs for departments.
Example:Find Users who support Chemical Engineering Search for LNA Department = "Chemical Engineering"
- Networking Consultant - String

The network consultant is the member of Networking Systems who supports Local Network Administrators. Search by full name.
Example: find all Users whose network consultant is Joe Consultant

Group controls the User's access to records, IP addresses and Domain names.
Example #1:Find all Users with Group rights to English Search for Group = "English"
Example #2:Find all Users who have All Groups access Check box "Access to all groups"
- Record Type Access - Radio Button, Checkbox

A User can only create/modify/delete records if the User has access to that record type. Use this field to look for Users with particular record type access.
Example:Find all Users who have access to Domains and Users Select radio button "access to:" and check boxes for Domain and User

- Example:
Search for User with comment mentioning "special" and "blue" Search for comment = "*special*blue*".
- Phone Number - String
- Example:
Search for the phone number (123) 456-7890 Search for phone number = "?123? 456-7890"
Searches using fields which contain parenthesis, such as the phone number field, will fail if parenthesis are used. The workaround is to use asterisks (*) or question marks (?) in place of parenthesis.

Address that will be used to reserve a new IP when creating a new node.
Example #1:Find all Users with a specific Starting Address Search for Starting Address = "171.64.20.3"
- OAuth ID - String

ID used to authenticate via OAuth and sign into the web service.
Example #1:Find all Users that can use the web service (an OAuth ID is definied). Search for OAuth ID = "*"
- Created By - String

Created By is the User who created a record. Search by either SUNet ID or full name. For best results, use the unique SUNet ID. Note that only one field can be used at a time.
Example:Find records created by either John Doe(jodoe) or Jane Doe(jadoe) Search for "Created By SUNet ID = jodoe or jadoe" or "Created By Name = Jane Doe or John Doe"

Created Date is the date that a record was created.
Example:Search for records created on January 1, 2000. On or After = 1/1/2000 Before = 1/2/2000
- Modified By - String

Modified By is the last User to change this record. Search by either SUNet ID or full name. For best results, use the unique SUNet ID. Note that only one field can be used at a time.
Example:Find records modified by either John Doe(jodoe) or Jane Doe(jadoe) Search for "Modified By SUNet ID = jodoe or jadoe" or "Modified By Name = Jane Doe or John Doe"

For intelligible results, it is usually important to show the field and any fields it is associated with. If a User is the LNA for several departments and you set the display to show network consultant but not department, the results may not make intuitive sense.
