Youth Creativity, Innovation & Sustainable Leadership Program
with E-Squared Learn with Leaders
We held two Focus Group meetings for high school students in India to contribute to the development of a new YCISL workshop on the Growth Mindset. Organized in collaboration with E-Squared Learn with Leaders.

Venue: Online

We extended invitations to a select group of high school students in India to join in a Focus Group special event and help shape a future CSDGC YCISL workshop. This event introduced students to concept, place and actions for leveraging a growth mindset factor in YCISL creativity and leadership strength training, and focusing on changing human behavior.

Core messages included:

• Push (hard) through fear and embarassment to get from a fixed mindset into a growth mindset.
• Be open to new ideas and experiences.
• Focus the growth mindset on specific strengths or weaknesses you want to improve.

This was an online activity using videoconferencing.
