You might want an averaged anatomical brain to overlay your group activation results on (or you could just use a representative subject). Here is an example of what that might look like with 24 subjects:

Here is a script for making an average anatomical map. All you should need to do with this script is enter in your subjects and run it from you scripts directory. You can also just use a long 3dTCalc command with all of your subjects entered individually.
