Louise Augustina Eckers3, born November 30, 1906
in —, Hennepin County, Minnesota, the daughter of
John Carl Eckers and
Minnie (Kunde) Eckers2.
In 1910 she was living with her parents in St. Louis Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota. In 1920 she was living with her parents on Minnetonka Avenue, St. Louis Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota. She was attending school at that time. Louise married, December 3, 1925 in —, Hennepin County, Minnesota, Nels Peter Larsen. He was born June 17, 1895 in Arnum, Denmark, the son of Peter Larsen and Anna (—) Larsen. He emigrated to the United States in 1914, becoming a naturalized citizen. Children:
In 1935 and 1940 the Larsens were living at 3140 Jersey Avenue, St. Louis Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota, presumably the same residence as in 1930, with the street name changed. Nels's occupation was given as laborer for a creosote manufacturer. Nels Larsen died at work of a heart attack March 28, 1956 in St. Louis Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Interment was in Grandview Cemetery, Hopkins, Hennepin County, Minnesota, in plot Park A, SW Corner. His grave bears a marker with the following inscription:
Louise is known to have attended the funeral of her uncle August Kunde in 1957, along with her sister Minnie and sister-in-law Grace Eckers, the wife of her brother Ben. Louise was of St. Louis Park in 1992. Louise A. Larsen's last residence was Minneapolis, Hennepin County, MN 55426. She died February 22, 2000 in St. Louise Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Interment was in Grandview Cemetery, Hopkins, Hennepin County, Minnesota, in plot Park A, SW Corner. Her grave bears a marker with the following inscription:
