Jon Richard Severson died September 29, 2006 in —, aged 37, after a long battle with cancer. He was survived by his mother, grandmother Minnie Phillips, partner Kevin Maass, two children, sister, brother-in-law, niece, and other relatives and friends. Memorial services were held at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, October 4, 2006 at the Dickinson Family Funeral Home, 809 Gillette Street, La Crosse, Wisconsin, chaplin Sue Fletcher officiating. Visitation was from 12:00-1:00. It was suggested that memorials be given to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
