Guido Broemel. He was
born June 25, 1849 in Saxony, the son of
— Broemel and
— (—) Broemel, also natives of
Saxony. He immigrated to America in 1878 and later became a naturalized citizen.
Lina is said to have lived in Newark, New Jersey, after her marriage.

- Gussie Broemel, born about 1881 in —, New Jersey.

- Lulu Broemel, born about 1885 in —, New Jersey.
- H— Broemel, stillborn February 2, 1889 in Newark, Essex County, New Jersey. Buried in 1889 in Woodland Cemetery, Newark, New Jersey.
In 1880 the Broemels and their two eldest daughters were living in Newark, Essex County, New Jersey.
Guido's occupation was given as plumber, and Lina's as keeping house.
Some time after June, 1880, Lina also took in and raised her nine-year
old sister Angelina (Anna), who had been left motherless by the death
of their mother earlier that year.
Lina Broemel died December 6, 1910, aged 55, in Irvington, New Jersey. Her funeral was held at
8:00 A.M., December 10, 1910. She was buried, like most of her siblings, in the Traudt
family section of Woodland Cemetery in Newark, New Jersey. Her grave marker bears the
following inscription:

In 1920 Guido was living with the family of his daughter Ida Crowell in Hackensack, Bergen County, New Jersey.
Guido Broemel died January 11, 1921, aged 72, at Hackensack Hospital, Hackensack, Bergen County,
New Jersey. He was buried next to his wife in Woodland Cemetery. His grave marker bears the
following inscription:
