Ida married (first), about 1903, — — Letts. He was born — –, 18–, in —, New Jersey, the son of — Letts and — (—) Letts.

Children:

  1. Leona C— Letts (later Crowell), born about 1908 in —, New Jersey.
Ida married (second), on — –, 190–, Henry J— Crowell. He was born about 1870 in —, Pennsylvania, the son of — Crowell and — (—) Crowell. His father was from England and his mother from Scotland. Henry was a printer.

Children:

  1. Dorothy M— Crowell, born July 20, 1910 in —, New Jersey.
  2. Florence E— Crowell, born March 19, 1914 in Hackensack, Bergen County, New Jersey.
  3. Harry Lester Crowell, born November 2, 1918 in Hackensack, Bergen County, New Jersey.
In 1920 the Crowells were living at 56 Orchard Road, Hackensack Town, New Barbados Township, Bergen County, New Jersey. Ida’s widowed father Guido Broemel was living with them.

In 1925 Henry and Ida were living at 382 Kaplan Avenue in Hackensack. Henry's occupation was given as painter. Their daughter Leona was living with them at the time; her occupation was given as clerk.

Henry J. Crowell died between 1925 and 1930.

In 1930 Ida, Leona, Florence and Harry Crowell were living at 5 Prospect Avenue, Hackensack, Bergen County, New Jersey. Louis C. Fritz, later the husband of Leona, was living with the family as a boarder.

In 1940 Ida Crowell was living with her son-in-law and daughter Louis and Leona Fritz at 710 Bergen Boulevard, Ridgefield, Bergen County, New Jersey. Ida’s residence was the same in 1944, when her aunt Laura Metz died. She herself probably died before 1947, when her uncle Oscar Traudt died, as her four children rather than her were listed among the distributes of the estate.
