This book reader loads book information from a text file utilizing the ajaxsendrequest. Once the user selects a book title, the ajaxreadystate is determined then the ajaxsendrequest loads the entire book into the <div> element called 'booktext'.
Not the easiest way to read a book; this is just a technique. See Book Reader Version 2 for a slightly better alternative.
