Photoessays

Pairs of students enrolled in Conservation Photography produced photoessays over the course of our three weeks in Costa Rica. The photoessays explored themes ranging from the economic value of biodiversity in Costa Rica, to life in Parismina, to the darker side of nature and behavior. Click on the links in the sidebar to see these works.

In addition, as a group we produced a photographic exploration of sea turtle conservation in Parismina. We are grateful to and inspired by the work of Asociacion Salvemos las Tortugas de Parismina, or Save the Turtles of Parismina (ASTOP). You can learn more about ASTOP here.
