Group Lessons provide a fun introduction to archery in a casual, low-stress environment perfect for corporate team-building, student group bonding, birthday parties, or family reunions. Each two-hour lesson can accommodate up to 25 guests*, with all equipment provided and no experience necessary. Your group will receive personalized instruction from members of the nationally ranked Stanford team, all of whom are USA Archery Level I, Level II, or Level III-NTS certified coaches. *If your group is larger than 25, we may still be able to accommodate you in special circumstances.
The cost is $30 per person, or a $300 flat fee for groups of 10 or fewer. This includes use of the range, instruction, and all equipment. There are no additional charges or taxes.
Due to university policy, we can only accept payment via cash or check. Checks should be made payable to "Stanford Archery Program."
Sessions are available on Saturdays only. Please fill out the form below and our Team Manager will send you a confirmation and further details.
No one in my group has any archery experience. Can we still participate?
Absolutely! Our sessions are tailored to the needs of complete beginners of any age. Of course, those who do have experience are more than welcome too!
What should we wear?
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. Children must be over the age of 9 to participate in our program for safety reasons.
Can the group lesson be held in another location?
No. For liability reasons, we can only hold events at our range. Driving directions and a map can be found here.
Can you host group lessons on days other than Saturdays?
Unfortunately, no. Please email us if you have questions regarding this policy.
