Honorable Mentions - Gojo vs Sakuna

Name of Show: Jujutsu Kaisen

Activity: 2020 - Present

Liking: Although this fight was very short and by very short I mean like 30 seconds, it was still very amusing. I liked how confident Gojo was when he said that he was the strongest before he fought Sakuna. This all took place within the first two episodes which made an excellent way to hook the audience. Even though Sakuna lost, I have a bad feeling that the second encounter wont be anything like this one.

Honorable Mentions - Pain vs Naruto

Name of Show: Naruto & Naruto Shippuden

Activity: Naruto (2002 - 2007) & Naruto Shippuden (2007 - 2017)

Liking: Naruto vs Pain arc is the second best arc in Naruto Shippuden for me. This is because the events that led up to the fight were excellent. The whole village was fighting the leader of the Akatsuki (Pain) and after losing, Naruto makes a grand entrance. Once they arrived at the village it was just pure disaster and took a while for Naruto to figure out that the place was his village. After he found out they had a really good fight, however, I do wish that Pain was just a little more stronger.

Honorable Mentions - Sasuke vs Itachi

Name of Show: Naruto & Naruto Shippuden

Activity: Naruto (2002 - 2007) & Naruto Shippuden (2007 - 2017)

Liking: This probably my favorite fight in all of Naruto Shippuden. I do like sasuke as a character and I
also like Itachi as a character, which I believe also what made me enjoy the fight more. I had to like Sasuke a little more than Naruto in the series since Naruto was kind of annoying but Sasuke had a really good backstory that made me interested to see this fight. When Itachi was first introduced and made his younger brother go through torture, causing him to betray the Hidden Leaf Village in exchange for more power, I was even more intrigued. So once they finally fought they both did really good and it was clear on how much stronger Sasuke had grown.

7/7 - Whitebeard Pirates vs Marines

Name of Show: One Piece

Activity: 1999 - Present

Liking: This arc was a war that went on when one of the Whitebeard Pirates commanders Portgas D. Ace was captured and sentenced to public execution. When I first seen this I knew that Luffy was going to go straight over to the execution. However, what really suprised me was when Whitebeard decided to take his crew and his allies to Marineford and go to war. I guess I shouldn't really be suprised since thats his crewmate but it was very exciting. I also really got hyped when one of the marines reported that Whitebeard took out 23 marine ships on his way to Marineford to save Ace. The reason it was so good was because Whitebeard is older now and years has past since he got into a all out fight. So naturally the world would think that he either isn't strong anymore or that he isn't the same man he used to be. Furthermore, during the war Whitebeard still showed how strong he was and proving that he still is the strongest in the seas, he did an excellent job in the war leading the pirates. The whole arc was really good and there was a bunch of showcasing.

6/7 - Whitebeard vs Gol D. Roger

Name of Show: One Piece

Activity: 1999 - Present

Liking: Gol D. Roger vs Edward Newgate... The King of the Pirates vs the Worlds Strongest Man was one of the best fights I ever seen. Gol D. Roger is a legendery figure in One Piece and is the King of the Pirates that is responsible of creating the new pirate era that leaves thousands of pirates in search for his treasure, also known as the One Piece. Seeing Roger fight Whitebeard was one of my hypest moments I ever experienced. It could've ranked even higher if the fight was much more longer, but the fight wasn't really long at all. Seeing how strong Roger was when he knocked back the legendary swordsman Oden throughout the Jungle and Whitebeard making a huge name for himself throughout the seas and gaining respect even from the Emperors, having them both clash was just a one of the best things I viewed. They are both so close in terms of strength and are basically a tie. There are people that belive that Roger is stronger and people that believe that Whitebeard is stronger. All I know is that this fight could've possibly been my favorite if it showed more than just the clash.

5/7 - Jotaro Kujo vs Dio Brando

Name of Show: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure

Activity: 2012 - Present

Liking: Jotaro vs Dio occured at the end of Stardust Crusaders. The fight was pretty good and Jotaro got more action that he ever did against any other stand user. Watching this fight felt pretty good because there was the antagonist Dio Brando that is a arch enemy to the Joestar family. Dio gained a reputation of being feared throughout Egypt and he managed to gain tons of stand users to work underneath him in order to try and beat Jotaro and his crew. Once Jotaro finally met Dio- Dio had already inflicted the most amount of pain Jotaro and his crew ever felt. Jotaro was in a whole other enviroment as he was actually fighting against someone with true bloodlust and someone that is almost close to insane. I liked the way how Jotaro realized the situation he was in and knew to keep his calm and think of a way to take down Dio. Dio was already insanely stronger than Jotaro but Jotaro was using Dio's arrogance to his advantage and it worked out really well to turn the tables when it was most crucial.

4/7 - Team Dai-Gurren vs Anti-Spiral

Name of Show: Gurren Lagann

Activity: 2007

Liking: Simon leading Team Dai-Gurren to take on the Anti-Spiral was probably the most inspirational fight i've seen. Simon being apart of the spiral race that was kept hidden away from the universe for years was able to take his revenge on the Anti-Spiral. Throughout the show Simon and his older brother Kamina always pushed for higher even though people thought there dream of being free was a joke. They never let anything tell them different and challenged anyone who got in their way. Once they met the Anti-Spiral they were able to fight him in a all out battle. They even recieved help from the Spiral-King, someone that also contributed to help hide the spiral race in order to preserve them. Even when they were fighting the music that went with it made it a million times better and very motivating.

3/7 - Monkey D. Luffy vs Kaido

Name of Show: One Piece

Activity: 1999 - Present

Liking: Straw Hat Luffy vs Kaido was truly a fight i'll never forget. Leading up to the fight Luffy has done major things to distrupt Kaido's business. It was getting so out of hand that Kaido had to do something about it, but instead let Luffy come to his grounds. Once Luffy and Kaido engaged in the fight, even though Kaido was drink it was still nice seeing the reaction that people had when they thought Luffy was going to win. There were even some fans that believed that Luffy had a shot and could possibly be stronger than we took him for. Until Kaido became sober the fight ended before it started. Kaido being one of the four emperors of the sea displayed his strength infront of the people in wano by one shotting Luffy. That was a jaw dropping moment for the people in Wano and for the fanbase. This showed everyone how series the four emperors of the seas were and why they're no joke.

2/7 - All Might vs All for One

Name of Show: My Hero Academia

Activity: 2018 - Present

Liking: Toshinori Yagi aka All Might vs All for One was one of the best fights I ever seen. This probably had some of the best event leading fights I ever seen. All Might was already suffering from a major injury that left in only being able to use his superhero form for a limited amount of time a day. He was hiding this from the world because he didn't want the truth to be exposed and for the people to panic. It seemed as though he had this fight coming for him because one of his students were abducted and all eyes turned unto the league of villians that had to be stopped. Once All Might heard that his rival, All for One was behind this he quickly went over there to fight him. Throughout the fight All Might was going through some mental pain after hearing shocking news from All for One and had even suprised the fanbase. This was truly a really good fight and was really nice seeing how badly the city was cheering for All Might and how he needed to live up to their expectations no matter what.

1/7 - Light Yagami vs L Lawliet

Name of Show: Death Note

Activity: 2006 - 2007

Liking: Light Yagami vs L Lawleit is the best fight I ever seen in terms of wits. I love watching a good fight in anime but then I also love seeing a battle of the brains. Light Yagami's job was to keep his innocence and make sure L Lawleit had nothing on him that would result to Light getting arrested. Then on the other side it was L who's job was to prove why Light was indeed the 'Kira' that was behind all these deaths in Japan. This gets pretty crazy as throughout the series both of these geniuses were cornering each other and getting the upper hand. For that reason alone is the reason why this is the best rivalry I ever seen.
