This example is in the examples/lockexchange directory and it
demonstrates the nonhydrostatic internal lock exchange problem. Due to the
coarseness of the grid being used, numerical diffusion acts to limit the formation of
the KH billows along the interface. These billows can easily be obtained by increasing
the resolution, following the simulation outlined by Fringer et al. [2].
