Eugene W— Wenisch3, born July 18, 1888 in Brooklyn, Kings County, New York, the son of John A— Wenisch and Margaret A— (Traudt) Wenisch2.

In 1900 he was living with his parents at 831 Willoughby Avenue, Brooklyn, and in 1910 with his widowed mother at 221 Bainbridge Street, Brooklyn.

Eugene served in the United States Army during World War I, enlisting December 10, 1917 and released January 27, 1919.

In 1930 he and his mother were living with his sister and brother-in-law Florence and George Hoch in Brooklyn. He was a salesman and single at the time.

In 1931 his address was 16 Buckingham Road, Brooklyn, New York.

Eugene married, August 11, 1937 in Brooklyn, Kings County, New York, Frieda W— Timm. She was born November 2, 1899 in Michigan City, La Porte County, Indiana, the daughter of Rudolph Timm and Ida (Spading) Timm. Frieda was a school teacher.

In 1940 Eugene and Frieda were living at 33 Crooke Avenue, Kings County, New York. In April 1942 they lived at 140-71 Ash Avenue, Flushing, Queens County, New York. Eugene was then employed by Encyclopaedia Britannica, Inc., 342 Madison Avenue, New York City.

Eugene was living in 1946, when his mother died. In 1947, when his uncle Oscar Traudt died, he lived in Forest Hills, Long Island, New York. He was living in 1970, when his sister Florence Hoch died.

Eugene's last residence was Forest Hills, Queens, New York. He died December 21, 1978.
