This can make your website stand out for organizations working in Bolivia, and could increase collaboration opportunities with them. Site Content You’ve already put a lot of very informative and well organized content on the website – I’m impressed!! It could be really neat to build on it even further, once your website is more established, by collaborating with Bolivian organizations to present some information from their perspective as well. Site Layout / Design The layout of the site is very nice, professional, and visually pleasing – great job with the design!! Something that bothered me while I was browsing through your site is that there were many pop-ups and a big ad banner at the top that took up more than half of my screen and detracted from the impact of your real heading. Are you considering changing to a different web hosting service? I feel like this one had more ads than other sites on free web hosting that I’ve visited. Also, the two navigation bars on the left were a bit confusing in the information section. Maybe you could make one navigation bar a sub-navigation bar of the other. Some additional little things: You have a lot of information on some of your pages usually broken into sections, which is nice, but maybe you could add links within the page so that you can jump to specific sections without having to scroll through everything. Finally, this is a very small point and probably just my user preference, but my eyes felt like they would prefer a slightly bigger font size, especially since there is so much text on your site. Business Plan Your website has a lot of potential, but it will take a great deal of effort to maintain and update. Maintaining updated information is crucial to your website, since the audience is composed mainly of people interested in finding out how to take action in the present, so it will be important for you to have a clear plan for how you plan to maintain the website and how you will acquire updated information such as upcoming events. Users will want to know how updated and comprehensive the information you provide them is, and providing them with a solid maintenance plan will help build a loyal user base. This information will also be important for any potential collaborators you might want to work with.
