I am a second year Electrical Engineering PhD student at Stanford University. My research mainly focuses on in-memory computing hardware design with resistive random access memory(RRAM) on emerging workloads. And I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. H.-S.Philip Wong.

Before coming to Stanford, I received a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University (NTU) in June, 2018.

Research Interest

I am broadly interested in building next generation energy efficient computing system, and my current interest focuses on demonstrating/fabricating 3D RRAM based ternary content addressable memory (TCAM). My research goal spans the full stack of hardware system design, ranging from device fabrication/characterization with standard foundry tools, digital/analog circuit design and tape-out, chip testing, hardware-aware algorithm design.
