what is daha?

daha is a platform made to help you borrow clothing from others in your community. with daha, there'll be no need to scramble to find a certain article of clothing or buy something just for one use. instead, we'll make it easy for you to connect with others to find that certain thing you need.

our CS 147 design process

needfinding

before anything, we took the time to have conversations with several people to find out what people need

slides

additional needfinding and povs

we continued these converstations and created pov statements to help us empathize with our potential users

slides

concept video

our concept video shows what our product will be capable of doing. we were grateful to win the best music award and the best overall video award from the class!

low-fi prototyping

from our concept video, we created lo-fi prototypes and tested them on some users, gaining value feedback along the way

slides

mid-fi prototyping

following our low-fi prototyping, we used Figma to create our mid-fi prototype which gave a better representation of what we envision daha to look like. additionally, Figma allowed for much more user interactivity to complete our tasks.

slides figma prototype readme

high-fi prototyping

following extremely insightful feedback from our hueristic evaluations, we continued our progress by making changes to our design and creating our high-fidelity prototype in React Native.

poster pitch + demo

after 10 weeks of designing, testing, prototyping, and coding, we were proud to show our final result at our project expo. if you weren't able to make it in person, you can still see our final pitch poster here.

final report

our final report summarized everything daha in the past ten weeks. all of our sketches, designs, reasonings, and thought processes can be found in our final report.

project recap

our cs 194h project is a continuation of the progress we made in cs 147, and we did a project recap to ground ourselves with the progress we have made.

hi-fi prototype v2

using our feedback from our lab usability testing, we were able to redesign daha and add new features.

slides

field usability test

to further understand how our product is used, we conduced more rounds of testing with target users to see the feasability of our newest design changes.
