We will only issue you a letter if (i) you have submitted an abstract or (ii) completed online registration for IWSHM 2019. Your request will be processed shortly, and you will receive a signed invitation letter to your email. If you need a hardcopy of your visa letter, please first purchase Expedited Mail Service from our registration webpage and email your request to fontanilla@stanford.edu
