Depending on various conditions surrounding a case of CTS - the severity of the case, and previously attempted treatments - there exist a series of treatment options. These options are, from most to least conservative:
- A splint or brace.
- Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
- Cortisone injections.
- Surgery: open incision or endoscopic.
