Exercises

We will draw the majority of our exercises from the course textbook. We will also include a few of our own home-brewed exercises, which we will include in the pdfs linked below. Assignments should be submitted to Gradescope by the deadline.

We will not accept late homework for any reason. We post solutions soon after the deadline to allow students to evaluate their answers and check their mistakes, as timely feedback that shows specific errors is strongly associated with better learning outcomes (see, e.g., this comment). We will, however, drop the lowest scoring homework from your final grade.
